Due to this, we are unable to fill our cars' gas tanks to full. You may receive a car with a half tank of gas, or lower, or higher. Please return the gas tank at the same level you received it. If you would like to receive the car with a guaranteed full tank of gas, please do not book this vehicle. Thank you. For extensions you can simply modify the trip in the details section on the app , However note that my operational timing is from 9 am to 10 pm , Extensions , pick ups and drop offs outside my operational time are not possible . Turo allows me 30 mins for early pick up and 30 mins for late drop off . For late pick up you can simply give me a text to let me know you're running late and it will be fine . For early drop off again you can simply give me a heads up and it will be alright as well . Note that late pick up and early drop off must be within my Operational timings. Do i have to clean the car before returning? I ask that you return the car in the same condition you picked it up . You don't have to go the extra mile just have to make sure its tidy and no bags , cans ,bottles are left inside . Can you park the car closer to me or deliver the car to my address ? Unfortunately the pick up location is not flexible , The car has to be picked up and dropped off around its home location and i currently don't offer Delivery. Where is the Vehicle Located ? The pick up location is listed on the app in trip Details , The car will be parked around that Address . You will Get an update on the cars location 30 to 40 mins prior to your trip start time .Kindly be on a look out for that message How will i be charged for tolls and is there an EZ pass inside the car ? Our plates are registered with EZ pass , you can use the EZ pass lanes and after your trip ends we will send you an invoice for tolls on Turo Once they show up on our EZ pass account. Please don't use your personal Ez pass as it could result in double charges . Where will i park the car on return and what to do if i can't find parking ? You will have to park the car around the same address you picked up from , If you're facing difficulties finding a parking spot around that address you can simply park it in a 1 mile radius to that address and let me know where the car is parked . Will i receive the car with a full tank and do i need to refuel the car ? Since our cars are street parked for convenience its difficult for us to refuel the car after every trip .You have to return the car with the same amount of fuel you received it with , meaning if you picked up with half a tank you can return with half a tank as well
