Looking to sublet our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom furnished apartment located in Centretown Ottawa from May-August 2025.

The apartment is walking distance from Parliament, Centretown's government buildings and Elgin Street. A 15 minute walk to Rideau Mall and the Univeristy of Ottawa. Very central to grocery stores, restaurants and other shops.

One bedroom is connected to its own bathroom, while the other bedroom has a bathroom in the next room. A parking pass is not included, but could be requested for an additional price. The building has a pool, gym, and a SkyLounge. We equally have wonderful views from our apartment!
